I am a board certified physician who has completed an integrative medicine fellowship through the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine.  My goal is to restore harmony between the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of health.  My approach is encounter based and can include, but is not limited to, the following practices:

• Removal of toxins from the body
• Restoring harmony within the microbiome 
• Shinrin yoku or "forest bathing":  sensory immersion in the forest or guided hikes to destress the mind/body accompanied with healing conversation
• Heart centered meditations, mindfulness practices and heart healing practices
